Nick Kormeluk - President & Founder
Nick has over 20 years of IR and Wall Street experience - the majority of which was as the in-house IR officer.  His experience also includes senior IR advisory to boards and management teams, in-house strategy roles, direct multi-billion dollar P&L responsibility, and complex merger, integration and transition work with private equity.  He has worked in a wide range of industries including technology, retail, healthcare, and commercial real estate, for companies such as CBRE, Albertsons, Broadcom and Supervalu, among others. Sean Butson - Vice President - Strategy, Valuation & Financing
Sean has 20 years of experience in both debt and equity capital markets, either providing capital or advising investors. He has worked in a number of industries, ranging from telecom to media to consumer packaged goods during his career as a banker at Bank of America and a stock analyst at Legg Mason.
